We are seeking a Senior Human Resources (HR) Business Partner to join our team in the Information Technology industry. The HR Manager will serve as a strategic partner, aligning HR strategies with business objectives, and managing various HR functions such as performance management, talent development, and employee retention.


Start Date: November 25, 2024

Salary: $95,000+/annually

Location: Remote

Duration: Full-time, permanent position (Benefits and PTO included)



Responsibilities:


• Translate the strategic objectives of the organization into HR strategies and initiatives.

• Identify HR implications of business plans and provide guidance on people-related matters.

• Act as an advisor to managers, offering support and guidance on employee relations issues, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.

• Work alongside hiring managers to identify talent needs and develop recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent.

• Manage the performance management process, including goal setting, performance reviews, and development planning, to enhance employee engagement and productivity.

• Facilitate change management initiatives and support leaders in driving organizational change effectively.

• Collaborate with the HR team in reviewing HR policies and procedures to maintain compliance and alignment with best practices.

• Analyze HR metrics and trends to identify areas for improvement and support data-driven decision-making.

• Prepare regular reports and presentations on HR-related metrics, initiatives, and outcomes for senior management.

• Proven experience in a managerial role within the Human Resources field, preferably in the Information Technology industry.
• Proficiency in utilizing ADP - Financial Services and ADP Workforce Now.
• Knowledge of ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode.
• Familiarity with Ceridian and HCM software.
• Comprehensive understanding of benefit functions in a corporate setting.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Extensive knowledge of compliance regulations and standards within HR.
• Demonstrated ability in handling employee relations and resolving conflicts.
• Experience in developing, implementing, and improving hiring processes.
• Track record in effective performance management.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Certification like PHR or SPHR would be a plus.
• Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team and build strong relationships across departments.
• Strong decision-making skills and the ability to balance multiple priorities.
• Advanced problem-solving abilities and excellent attention to detail.
• Experience in strategic planning and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
