Volt is hiring a Talent Acquisition Recruiter for an immediate opening in downtown San Diego, CA.
As a Talent Acquisition Recruiter you will:
- Counseling hiring managers regarding recruiting strategies and practices that support the goals and direction of the organization; leveraging data to drive decision-making.
- Recruiting, interviewing, checking references, making offers, and communicating orientation and start date plans for new employees.
- Utilizing the applicant tracking system (ATS), Candidate Relationship Management (CRM) tools and industry-leading sourcing technologies to deliver the most qualified candidates for current roles and building strong candidate pipelines for future roles.
- Developing plans for sourcing appropriate and diverse candidates, conducting the interview process, and extending offers to selected candidates while maintaining a low cost per hire.
Position is 6 months temp with possibility of being extended. Must be able to work 5 days onsite at the downtown San Diego facility. May have possibility of going hybrid in future.
The ideal candidate will have:
- 1 year or more of recruiting / talent acquisition experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficiency using MS Office
** Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
