Weekly Pay Range: $1500$1900 per week, depending on experience and qualifications

ProCare Therapy is partnering with a dedicated school district in Franklin, Indiana, to hire a skilled School Psychologist. This full-time, on-site position provides an exciting opportunity to work with students, families, and staff to promote mental health and academic success within a supportive and inclusive school environment.

As a School Psychologist, you will be integral in supporting student well-being and addressing both academic and emotional needs, ensuring that all students have the tools and support necessary to thrive.

Position Overview:
  • Location: Franklin, IN
  • Start Date: As soon as possible
  • Working Hours: 36-40 hours per week
  • Weekly Pay Rate: $1500$1900per week, based on qualifications and experience
Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct psychological assessments to identify students needs and assist in developing individualized intervention plans.
  • Provide counseling services to students experiencing academic or emotional difficulties.
  • Work closely with teachers, parents, and school administrators to create a supportive learning environment.
  • Serve as a consultant for behavior management strategies and crisis intervention.
  • Collaborate in the development and implementation of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) for students with special needs.
  • Offer guidance on mental health, behavior, and social-emotional development to staff and families.
  • Monitor and track student progress, providing recommendations for adjustments as necessary.
Qualifications:
  • A Masters or Doctoral degree in School Psychology or a related field.
  • Valid Indiana School Psychologist certification (or eligibility to obtain).
  • Experience working as a School Psychologist or in a similar educational setting is preferred but not required.
