About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our part-time team. Working under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), you will be responsible for implementing individualized treatment plans for clients. Your contributions will play a vital role in helping clients achieve their goals and improve their quality of life.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement behavior intervention plans designed by BCBAs.
  • Collect and record data on client progress and behavior.
  • Provide direct support and training to clients in various settings, including homes and schools.
  • Collaborate with families and team members to ensure consistency in behavior management.
  • Participate in team meetings and ongoing training to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
  • Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
  • Experience working with individuals with developmental disorders preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to adjust to the needs of clients and families.
What We Offer

We provide a competitive salary range of $40,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience, along with flexible scheduling to accommodate work-life balance. Ongoing training and professional development opportunities are also available.
