Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Production Assembly Technician to join our team. This role involves performing meticulous tasks related to the assembly and maintenance of ceramic parts.

Responsibilities
  • Perform repetitive assembly tasks.
  • Conduct minor maintenance as required for the preventative maintenance program on relevant fixtures and machinery.
  • Lift large parts/tubes as needed.
  • Manually shape and assemble components to specified drawings using blueprint reading knowledge and strict adherence to procedures.
  • Use proper procedures to move and handle products.
  • Adhere to all required safety protocols.
  • Maintain general housekeeping as needed.
Essential Skills
  • Experience in assembly or production tasks.
  • Proficiency with hand tools.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
  • Skill in using a tape measure.
  • Experience with mechanical assembly and inspection.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
  • Experience in sanding/mending ceramic parts to specification.
  • 10-panel drug test.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $42922.88 - $47796.32
