Job Title: Organizational Change Specialist
Type: Contract 12+ months
Shift: M-F 100% onsite
Location: Tempe, AZ
Pay: 51-65/hr
Job Brief:
Implement and manage organizational design processes, collaborating with various business units to drive design and development initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute organizational design strategies to support transformations and reorganizations.
Analyze current organizational structures to align with business goals.
Collaborate with senior leadership to design effective organizational solutions.
Document organizational structures, roles, and responsibilities.
Facilitate change management for smooth transitions during restructuring.
Ensure compliance with regulations and standards in organizational design.
Support managers and employees with new structures and processes.
Align organizational design with HR talent management and development strategies.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of design initiatives, making adjustments as needed.
Stay updated with industry trends and best practices.
Requirements:
Strong understanding of organizational design principles and tools. Minimum 3-5 years relevant experience.
Experience leading large-scale organizational design initiatives.
Analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented with a focus on continuous improvement.
Ability to influence others.
Strong project management skills.
Knowledge of HR legal compliance.
Strategic thinker with the ability to see the big picture.
Adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
Leadership qualities.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development, Human Resources, or a related field.
Preferred:
Consulting experience with a large consulting firm
Pay Details: 51.00 to 65.14 per hour
