Job Description: We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Scheduler to join our team. The Scheduler will be responsible for creating, updating, and maintaining project schedules using Primavera P6. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of horizontal construction projects and a strong background in project scheduling. Must have horizontal construction experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using Primavera P6. Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to gather necessary information for schedule development. Monitor project progress and update schedules to reflect changes. Identify potential scheduling conflicts and propose solutions to mitigate delays. Prepare and distribute regular schedule reports and progress updates to the project team and senior management. Ensure compliance with project timelines and contractual requirements. Assist in the development of project budgets and resource plans. Conduct schedule risk analysis and provide recommendations for schedule improvements. Develop schedules for bidding purposes including design build projects.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in project scheduling for horizontal construction projects. Proficiency in Primavera P6 is required. Strong understanding of construction processes, methodologies, and best practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
