Job Description

The installers will perform various woodworking and carpentry-related tasks, both in the shop and on the field. They will need a high mechanical aptitude and will help lead and install jobs. Candidates will travel to job sites in teams of 2-3 installers, meeting at the job site every day. Lead installers will also assist in training other workers.

Responsibilities
  • Perform various woodworking and carpentry-related tasks in the shop and on the field
  • Travel to job sites in teams of 2-3 installers
  • Assist in leading and installing jobs
  • Help train other workers
  • Read and interpret blueprints and tape measures
  • Operate hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently
  • Work collaboratively as part of a team
Essential Skills
  • High mechanical aptitude
  • Experience using hand tools and power tools
  • Ability to read a tape measure
  • Ability to work well on a team
  • Reliable transportation and car insurance
  • Steel-toed shoes
Additional Skills & Qualifications
  • Experience with woodworking tools and methods
  • Knowledge of fabricating and seaming solid surface countertops
  • Experience in spraying stain, paint, and topcoats
