Quality Assurance Manager

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement processes to ensure products meet required specifications for quality, functionality, and reliability.
- Establish and communicate quality standards and parameters to staff, including the QA team and product development team.
- Lead the food safety program and provide training and guidance to the food safety team.
- Coordinate and participate in product testing processes.
- Review feedback from clients, customers, and users.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws and organizational policies.
- Manage resources for efficient and productive operations.
- Drive the achievement of manufacturing and quality department goals.
- Effectively coordinate and oversee staff responsibilities, including quality reports and departmental objectives.
- Foster a proactive teamwork environment and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Develop and maintain a training schedule in collaboration with Human Resources.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and self-learning capacity.
- Proven supervisory and leadership abilities.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish preferred).
- Commitment to policies, procedures, and quality standards.
