Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Executive Construction Quality Assurance Manager to lead our team in ensuring the highest quality standards in our custom automation projects.

Responsibilities and Requirements
  • Plan, implement, and monitor solutions for complex construction-related problems.
  • Direct, oversee, and assess needs and resources for a major functional area within our organization.
  • Establish and implement consistent policies across multiple functional areas.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws and ordinances.
Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in construction management and quality assurance/quality control.
  • Minimum 10 years of QA/QC experience in architectural, engineering, or construction fields.
  • Certification in USACE Construction Quality Management for Contractors (CQM).
  • Expert knowledge of design and construction trades, practices, and techniques.
Compensation and Benefits

The estimated annual salary for this position is $112,800 - $144,960 based on the job requirements and industry standards. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits, and a 401K plan.
