Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Control Manager to oversee daily inspection operations, supervise and evaluate team performance, and maintain compliance with ISO and AS9100 standards.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in quality management, strong leadership skills, and proficiency in ISO and AS9100 standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage incoming, in-process, and final inspections to ensure quality and accuracy.
  • Supervise and evaluate the performance of hourly employees, providing training and support as needed.
  • Maintain compliance with industry standards, including ISO and AS9100.
  • Act as a liaison with customers on quality-related issues, providing excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Develop and implement processes to improve quality and efficiency, reducing costs and increasing customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as engineering or quality assurance.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in quality management, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • Proven track record of maintaining compliance with industry standards.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to train and develop team members.
  • Technical aptitude to support equipment upgrades and maintain testing accuracy.
