Robert Half Marketing & Creative is currently in search of a Marketing Manager for a company based in ENGLEWOOD, Colorado. This role offers a short term contract employment opportunity. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for overseeing marketing projects, ensuring their timely completion, and fostering cross-collaboration within the team. This role is crucial to the successful execution of marketing campaigns and the management of high volume communication channels.


Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the execution of marketing projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within scope.

• Lead marketing campaigns, from planning to implementation, to drive brand awareness and engagement.

• Collaborate with internal teams, including writers and IT directors, to deliver high-quality marketing materials and web updates.

• Handle a high volume of work, including the management of large-scale email campaigns.

• Attend regular staff meetings to discuss project updates and team performance.

• Utilize CRM tools to maintain accurate customer records and process customer applications efficiently.

• Participate in the planning and execution of tradeshows and conferences, including the organization's annual conference.

• Assist in budget processes and campaign planning to ensure cost-effective marketing strategies.

• Utilize strong project management skills to keep projects on task and ensure successful completion.

• Develop copy for marketing materials, leveraging writing skills to create compelling and effective content.

• Must have a minimum of 7 years of experience in a Marketing Manager role (in house or agency)

• Proficiency in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software is essential

• Demonstrated experience in building brand awareness and driving brand growth

• Solid understanding and experience in budget processes within a marketing context

• Proven track record in planning and executing successful marketing campaigns

• Experience in designing and managing email campaigns

• Experience in organizing and participating in tradeshows and industry events

• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is a plus

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant marketing software.
