**Litigation Legal Assistant**

Our client, a highly regarded law firm specializing in civil and commercial litigation, catastrophic personal injury, and medical malpractice, is seeking a skilled **Litigation Legal Assistant** with 3–5+ years of experience to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a group of trial-focused attorneys known for their expertise and dedication to achieving exceptional results for their clients.
### **Key Responsibilities**
- Provide comprehensive support to attorneys in various stages of litigation.
- Manage and maintain calendars, schedules, and deadlines.
- Handle e-filings in state and federal courts.
- Organize and maintain electronic files in a paperless environment.
- Transcribe dictation and prepare legal correspondence and documentation.
- Communicate professionally with clients and external parties.
- Adapt to changing priorities and meet tight deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.
### **Qualifications**
- **Experience:** 3–5 years as a legal assistant in a law firm with demonstrated litigation knowledge.
- **Skills:**
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Knowledge of PDF software tools.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with a strong work ethic.
- Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on producing high-quality work.
- **Technical Competencies:** Experience with e-filing systems and dictation transcription.
