Responsibilities:

- Oversee daily operations across departments for efficiency

- Develop growth strategies to boost revenue and streamline processes

- Ensure excellent customer interactions and prompt issue resolution


Qualifications:

- 5+ years of management experience in service or construction industries

- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills

- Business degree or equivalent experience preferred

- Proficient in basic computer skills
