Job DescriptionJob DescriptionWe are in search of a Full Charge Bookkeeper to join our team in Encino, California. In this role, you'll be at the helm of our financial operations, managing all aspects of our bookkeeping, from processing customer credit applications to maintaining accurate records. Your expertise in Accounting Software Systems, ADP - Financial Services, and Computerized Accounting Systems will be crucial for this role.

Responsibilities:
• Oversee all accounting functions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.
• Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR), processing transactions and updating records.
• Regularly use Great Plains (GPAC) and Microsoft Excel for various accounting tasks.
• Conduct Annual Budget preparations and Cash Flow Analysis, providing financial insights to the team.
• Maintain accurate customer credit records and handle customer inquiries related to their accounts.
• Utilize your proficiency in Accounting Software Systems and ADP - Financial Services to streamline operations.
• Monitor customer accounts, identifying any irregularities or issues.
• Handle any additional tasks related to the financial operations of the organization.• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Full Charge Bookkeeper or similar role
• Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems
• Experience with ADP - Financial Services is desirable
• Familiarity with Computerized Accounting System
• Knowledge of Great Plains (GPAC) software
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Comprehensive understanding of Accounting Functions
• Experience in managing Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Ability to prepare an Annual Budget
• Proficient in Cash Flow Analysis
