Full Charge Bookkeeper

Responsibilities:
• Oversee all accounting functions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.
• Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR), processing transactions and updating records.
• Regularly use Great Plains (GPAC) and Microsoft Excel for various accounting tasks.
• Conduct Annual Budget preparations and Cash Flow Analysis, providing financial insights to the team.
• Maintain accurate customer credit records and handle customer inquiries related to their accounts.
• Utilize your proficiency in Accounting Software Systems and ADP - Financial Services to streamline operations.
• Monitor customer accounts, identifying any irregularities or issues.
• Handle any additional tasks related to the financial operations of the organization.• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Full Charge Bookkeeper or similar role
• Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems
• Experience with ADP - Financial Services is desirable
• Familiarity with Computerized Accounting System
• Knowledge of Great Plains (GPAC) software
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Comprehensive understanding of Accounting Functions
• Experience in managing Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Ability to prepare an Annual Budget
• Proficient in Cash Flow Analysis
