Restaurant Operations Manager Compensation & Benefits:

  • Base salary: $83k–$93k
  • Bonus potential: 20%.

Restaurant Operations Manager Responsibilities:

  • Inspire and develop General Managers, mentoring their teams for growth
  • Foster a results-driven environment by holding staff accountable and leading training initiatives
  • Generate innovative ideas to increase revenue and enhance guest experiences
  • Provide strong, dynamic leadership that motivates and engages teams

Restaurant Operations Manager Qualifications:

  • Experience managing profit and loss statements
  • Strategic thinker with attention to detail
  • 2+ years of proven multi-unit management experience
  • Ability to travel locally within the DFW area
