FLSA Status: Salaried Non-Exempt - Annual Salary Range $55K - $63K
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 am – 4:30 pm - Required to work in the Nashville, TN office 5 days per week.

The organization performs all printing needs in-house. This position requires operating high-volume printing equipment to produce large volume print jobs for the company. Graphic design experience is helpful and part of the position; however, it is a small part of the job. The focus is on getting the graphics design provided to printed material.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES include the following:

Manage all scheduling and completion of printing projects
Provide assistance with projects (i.e. setup, timing, and delivery)
Maintain files related to print projects and printing materials
Monitor equipment during operation to maintain quality of output
Monitor all inventory levels associated with the document center and in-house copiers and printers
Provide exceptional customer service to the organization’s departments and collaborate on projects
Produce high-quality products for the organization’s partners and outside clients
Meet deadlines consistently
Supervise usage of and training for all in-house copiers
Setup for new and current employees for scanning and printing
Assist with service repairs for copiers and printers
Help with mail-related responsibilities
Other duties as assigned.
Experience and Knowledge:

Previous experience operating high-volume copiers, printers, and related equipment
Experience with business-related computer software (i.e. MS Word/Excel, mobile apps, etc.)
Knowledge in Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Acrobat is required.
