We are offering a contract for a permanent position as an Administrative Assistant in Northampton, Massachusetts, United States. In this role, you will be performing a variety of administrative tasks, including processing documents, maintaining files, and providing support to our team members.


Responsibilities

• Efficiently handle incoming calls and address visitor inquiries

• Process and manage word processors, files, and faxes

• Assist team members with various projects as needed

• Maintain and manage accurate records

• Ensure the smooth operation of the office by performing administrative and support duties.

• Proven experience as an administrative assistant or similar role.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
• Demonstrated ability in organizational awareness.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks or projects at one time.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred.
• Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
• Experience with administrative and clerical procedures.
