Job DescriptionJob DescriptionWe are seeking a Business Office Manager to join our team in San Diego, California. The role involves overseeing the business operations of our local television and radio stations. The successful candidate will be responsible for a range of tasks including managing accounting functions, payroll, HR functions, and ensuring FCC compliance.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the business operations of the company's local television and radio stations.
• Manage accounting functions including sales order approval, credit and collections, and customer payments.
• Handle Accounts Payable (AP) invoices.
• Oversee payroll and HR functions including sales commissions, timesheets, and employee onboarding.
• Ensure FCC compliance, financial and business operations, budgeting, forecasting, and audit.
• Utilize Microsoft Excel, Great Plains (GPAC), and NetSuite for various tasks.
• Exercise professionalism, discretion, independent judgement, and leadership.
• Foster teamwork within the organization.
• Learn and adapt to multiple software systems.
• Maintain excellent organizational skills to manage multiple work projects daily.• Candidate must possess proficiency in ADP - Financial Services.
• Proficiency in Great Plains (GPAC) is required.
• Must have an advanced understanding and experience with Microsoft Excel.
• Experience in managing Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) is crucial.
• Must be skilled in Cash Flow Analysis.
• Should have experience in Human Resources (HR) Administration.
• Knowledge and experience in using NetSuite is required.
