HR Coordinator

LHH Recuritment Solutions is looking for a dedicated HR Coordinator to join our client's team in the Washington, DC metro area. In this role, you’ll manage all aspects of payroll processing, HR data management, and support various HR functions, ensuring seamless operations and a positive employee experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee all aspects of payroll processing, including semi-monthly payroll, annual bonus payroll, and salary changes.
Complete monthly and ad hoc reporting.
Maintain personnel files and timesheets.
Onboard and offboard employees.
Administer HR data and benefits programs.
Track training certificates.
Support VISA administration and employee mobility.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree and 3-4 years of Payroll and Human Resources experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
Prior experience with ADP Workforce, strong Excel skills and Microsoft Office Suite
Experience working within an international environment.
Highest degree of integrity, professionalism, diplomacy, and discretion required.
Employment Type:
Full-Time
Hybrid (4 days in office / 1) First several months 5 days a week in office.
Compensation: $80,000 - $85,000
Pay Details: $80,000.00 to $85,000.00 per year
