Program Management Specialist for HR Services

">We are seeking an experienced Program Management Specialist to support the Human Resources Transactional Services (HRTS) program, providing critical administrative support for operations and reporting responsibilities.
About the Role
This is a hybrid role in Washington D.C., with a competitive salary of $85,000-$110,000 per year, depending on experience. As a key member of our team, you will provide project management support, maintain program materials, and compile reporting for the HRTS program.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain ITC program management materials and compile project management reporting for the HRTS program.
- Coordinate ITC staffing for HRTS program-specific new seats and backfills.
- Work with HR and recruiting to identify internal and external candidates for HRTS positions.
- Assist in coordinating suitability and badging for new team members.
- Coordinate team / center onboarding.
- Work with HR and workstream coordinators to support ITC staff offboarding.
About You
We are looking for a motivated and organized individual with 3-5 years' experience supporting internal or external clients with operations management or administrative support. A current project management certification is strongly preferred.
