Position: Human Resources Operations Specialist
Location: Remote
Department: Human Resources
Work Type: 6 month contract with possibility to extend

Work Shift: Standard Business Hours (40 hours a week)

We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Human Resources Operations Specialist to join our HR team. This role will provide technical and administrative HR support, serving as the primary interface between HR, employees, and managers while supporting key HR functions and special projects.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Required).

  • Experience with ADP or other automated HR data systems (Required).

  • Familiarity with Oracle systems is a plus, as the department will be implementing Oracle in May 2025. This position will be involved in the initial steps and support during implementation.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • High attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines.

  • Discretion and maturity in handling confidential information.

  • Customer service mindset with a focus on resolving employee issues effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain the integrity of employee data in ADP Human Resources/Payroll systems, adhering to all applicable policies and standards.

  • Manage personnel files, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and legal standards.

  • Prepare scheduled and ad hoc reports for business leaders using HR reporting systems.

  • Assist with employee changes by obtaining documentation from managers and processing updates in the ADP system.

  • Serve as a key resource for managers on HR, payroll, and employee change-related processes.

  • Facilitate the resolution of employee inquiries and escalate issues to the appropriate resources.

  • Ensure timely and compliant completion of employee documentation and processes.

  • Respond to external requests for employment data as needed.

  • Provide project support to the HR Business Team, including areas such as performance management and new employee orientation (NEO).

  • Assist with the upcoming implementation of Oracle (May 2025) by supporting various teams to ensure a smooth transition.

  • Maintain strict confidentiality while handling sensitive HR information.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience supporting HR projects or implementations.

  • Experience in payroll systems, employee data auditing, and compliance.



Pay Details: $28.00 to $30.00 per hour
