JOB FUNCTION:
• Oversee Course and User creation on the LMS platform
• Work with the managing director to set up procedure guide for usage of the LMS
• Create and or assist in creating and optimizing graphics, images, and other visual elements for web use.
• Create and or assist in creating and optimizing content elements for web use.
• Upload and create Course and Product Pages
• Setup and Build Group pages as needed
• Onboard Users and Groups to our LMS
• Work with Bookkeeping to onboard BtoB customers and set up payment scheduling.
• Monitor support inquiries and respond to LMS related concerns.

• Proven experience as an Education Content development or similar role
