Are you a dedicated and skilled Assistant Manager with experience managing an upscale-casual restaurant team? If you're passionate about the hospitality industry and ready for a new challenge, this role is for you


Assistant Manager Responsibilities:

  • Assist in recruiting, training, and supporting restaurant staff.
  • Help manage menu updates and inventory orders.
  • Monitor financial transactions, including daily sales and expenses.
  • Engage with guests to ensure excellent service and gather feedback.
  • Aid in overseeing daily operations, including opening and closing duties.
  • Support and motivate the team during peak hours.
  • Assist in scheduling staff to ensure smooth operations.

Assistant Manager Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in casual or upscale-casual dining is required.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours opening and closing the restaurant daily.
  • Commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences.
