  • Participating in hiring, promotion, salary adjustment, and termination decisions
  • Identifying and developing strategies to improve the overall knowledge base and professionalism of staff
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Nursing
  • Progressive/Intermediate or Intensive Care experience preferred
  • 5 years of clinical and leadership experience
  • BLS required; ACLS preferred
  • Current Certification required
