Job Description

As a Production Helper - Mixer, you will be responsible for mixing, blending, and handling various ingredients and products in the production of flour-based pizza doughs, sauces, spices, and mixes. You will operate various machinery as needed and follow written and verbal work orders.

Responsibilities
  • Mixing, blending, and handling various ingredients and products.
  • Operating various machinery as needed.
  • Lifting, pouring, and stacking bags of product up to 50 lbs.
  • Following written and verbal work orders.
Essential Skills
  • Ability to be on feet for 8 hours and lift/move 50 lb bags all day.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
  • Machine operating and/or food production experience is a plus.
  • Ability to speak and understand Spanish is preferred but not required.
Work Environment

This role is based in a food manufacturing facility where you will be involved in the production process from start to finish. The job requires physical stamina, as you will be on your feet for the entire shift and need to handle heavy bags of product.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Portland, Oregon.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00
