About the Role

**Responsibilities**
* Perform routine maintenance tasks, including lubricating moving parts and inspecting vehicles
* Communicate with customers to ensure their satisfaction and address any concerns
* Collaborate with service advisors to provide exceptional customer service
* Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure efficiency and productivity

Requirements and Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent required
* Valid driver's license and ability to operate manual transmissions
* Prior experience as a technician's helper or apprentice preferred
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Familiarity with all aspects of automotive repair and maintenance

Benefits and Compensation
The estimated salary for this position is $55,000 - $75,000 per year, commensurate with experience. Our benefits package includes medical, vision, and dental insurance, a 401(k) retirement savings plan, vacation time, holiday and sick leave, and continuing education and training opportunities.
