PDS Tech is seeking a dynamic Associate Facilities Coordinator to play a key role in supporting our Facilities Manager and Maintenance team at our fast-paced aerospace manufacturing facility in Northridge, CA.

Job Title: Associate Facilities Coordinator
Job Type: Full time; Contract (12 months)
Location: Northridge, CA 91324
Schedule: Monday to Friday; 9X80
Pay Rate: 24.00 to 31.18 per hour

You will provide critical administrative support, manage diverse office functions, and ensure the smooth operation of our facilities team.

Job Duties

  • Provide administrative support to Facilities management

  • Edit and submit business resiliency documents, update documents on Facilities SharePoint site, maintain continuous accuracy of the documents

  • Support a large team with various normal office functions while managing diverse set of priorities

  • Procure and invoice supplies and materials to aide in the success of the Facilities team

  • Assist in facilities event planning/coordination

  • Maintain Employee Seating and Parking information on SharePoint

  • Produce neat and accurate correspondence, forms, reports, spreadsheets, presentations, etc. from verbal instruction, notes or handwritten copy

  • Answer phone calls and direct as appropriate

  • Interact in a positive way with other staff members and be a leader and team player with the administrative team

  • Coordinate new employee onboarding from Facilities stand point

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Ability to work routine jobs with limited supervision

  • High school diploma required

  • Ability to adapt to rapidly changing priorities and handle multiple tasks and managers in a fast-paced office environment

  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook

  • Excellent interpersonal skills, must be able to positively interact with workers, contractors, management, and customers

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.

  • Detail oriented but able to understand the big picture.

  • Ability to work unsupervised.



Pay Details: 24.00 to 31.18 per hour
