We are looking for an exceptional and dynamic General Manager to lead our team and create unforgettable dining experiences. If you have a passion for fine dining, an eye for detail, and a commitment to developing strong, motivated teams, we’d love to hear from you

As a General Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind the daily operations, ensuring that both guests and staff experience the best of what we offer. Your ability to combine exceptional service with sound financial management will be key to our continued success.


What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Lead and inspire a dedicated team to deliver outstanding guest experiences, consistently exceeding expectations.
  • Oversee all front-of-house operations, including guest service, reservations, and atmosphere.
  • Manage and optimize restaurant financials—monitoring budgets, P&L, food costs, labor, and inventory.
  • Work closely with our executive team to uphold the quality and innovation of our chef-driven concept.
  • Foster a positive, collaborative, and high-performance environment by mentoring and developing team members.
  • Stay on top of industry trends, identifying new opportunities to improve and evolve our service and operations.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 3–5 years of experience in a leadership role in fine dining, with a strong understanding of upscale service and hospitality standards.
  • Proven experience with managing restaurant financials, including P&L and cost controls (food and labor).
  • A demonstrated history of long-term roles (minimum 2 years in each position).
  • Background in chef-driven restaurant concepts, with a passion for quality and consistency.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, mentor, and develop a team.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
