Are you a seasoned leader in the restaurant industry with a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences and driving operational excellence? Join a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant as a Fast Casual General Manager, where you’ll oversee day-to-day operations, build strong teams, and ensure top-tier performance across all aspects of the business.

What You’ll Do:
  • Lead Operations: Uphold the highest standards in food quality, safety, cleanliness, and service. Conduct routine inspections to ensure compliance with company protocols.
  • Develop Teams: Recruit, train, and mentor Assistant Managers and Crew Members, fostering a culture of growth, accountability, and teamwork.
  • Enhance Guest Experiences: Ensure every guest leaves satisfied through excellent service and attention to detail.
  • Drive Financial Success: Manage budgets, control inventory, and oversee scheduling to optimize financial performance.
  • Promote Accountability: Enforce company policies, uphold core values, and create a positive, professional work environment.
What You Bring:
  • Bilingual Skills: Spanish fluency preferred.
  • Experience: 3+ years as a Restaurant Manager, preferably in a quick-service or fast-casual environment with $2M+ annual revenue.
  • Education: Degree in Management or equivalent experience preferred.
  • Certifications: ServSafe certification or ability to obtain within 90 days.
  • Leadership Abilities: Proven success in team development, training, and high-capacity management.
  • Flexibility: Ability to work nights, weekends, and meet the demands of a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong Communication: Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
