About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess patients' physical, psychological, and social needs, identifying opportunities for intervention and improvement.
  • Develop and implement individualized plans of care, incorporating evidence-based practices and patient-centered approaches.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure effective communication and coordination of care.
  • Monitor and evaluate patient progress, making adjustments to care plans as needed.
  • Provide emotional, psychological, and spiritual support to patients and families, promoting comfort and well-being throughout their hospital stay.
Requirements
  • A minimum of one year's experience as a Registered Nurse in a Med/Surg setting.
  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of Massachusetts.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing competing demands.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on building relationships with patients, families, and colleagues.
  • Proficiency in electronic medical records systems and other relevant software applications.
