Job DescriptionJob DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced and compassionate Part-Time Behavioral Health Receptionist to join our team.

***This role requires previous experience in a behavioral health or mental health setting to effectively support clients and provide empathetic, professional service in a clinical environment.

Responsibilities include managing multi-line phone systems, scheduling appointments, and directing calls to appropriate staff.
Additional duties involve scanning, faxing, and providing top-quality customer service to patients.
The receptionist will ensure a welcoming and organized reception area, including light housekeeping such as disinfecting the lobby and front desk, taking out trash, and restocking supplies.
This position also requires actively assisting clients by connecting them with relevant resources and support based on their behavioral health needs.

Schedule: Full-time, Monday-Thursday: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM; Friday: 8:30 AM - 3:00 PM (38 hours per week)

Attire: Business casual
