COORDINATOR, PANTRY

• We have an opening for a full time COORDINATOR, PANTRY (COFFEE SHOP SUPERVISOR) position.
• Location: Downtown Chicago IL 60606. Note: online applications accepted only.
• Schedule: Full time schedule. Monday - Friday. 6:30 AM to 4:00 PM.
• Requirement: 2 years of barista with supervisory experience is required.
  • Oversee and direct baristas in the preparation and serving of high-quality coffee and other beverages, ensuring adherence to WPS Starbucks’ recipes and presentation standards.
  • Manage customer service operations during shifts, including handling customer complaints, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining a welcoming store environment.
  • Inventory management, including ordering supplies, conducting stock takes, and minimizing waste to ensure the availability of products and efficient use of resources.
  • Implement and enforce Compass health and safety regulations and cleanliness standards in the store to ensure a safe environment for both staff and customers.
• Pay Range: $28.00 to $30.00

Job Summary

Summary: Responsible for food/beverage distribution from the pantry, pantry product inventory and offerings, and other related duties.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Ensures all food or beverage is distributed from pantry in a timely fashion.
• Maintains and performs product inventory.
• Understands menu offerings.
• Creates, modifies, or closes individual sale checks via electronic tablet.
• Adheres to all safety and sanitation policies.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
• Ability to walk and stand for long periods of time.
