Job Details:

Job Title: Event Planner

Location: Miami, FL 33131

Job Type: Contract

Duration: 4 months and Possible extension

Anticipated Start Date: Asap

 

Job Description:

·         Teamwork, organization, attention to detail, working under tight deadlines.

·         Previous event planning and organizing experience. Also, this is a client facing role at times (private bank client) so communication skills are important.

·         Marketing background also could work.

·         Following up with bankers for different information, using our events mgt system to create events, researching venues, working with vendors.

·         Ability to plan events that can range from 10 to 500 people, with various degrees of complexity.

·         Monitor/manage the project including creation of project plans and budgets (prepare, manage & reconcile).
