The primary function of this role involves processing and maintaining accurate records, handling customer inquiries, and managing customer accounts. This role offers a short term contract employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately process customer applications
• Maintain and update customer records to ensure accuracy
• Handle customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
• Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action based on account activity
• Utilize software tools to gather and update customer information
• Facilitate the review and compilation of data into spreadsheets
• Utilize Microsoft Excel and Word to manage and organize files
• Maintain a high level of data entry accuracy
• Use email correspondence as a primary means of communication
• Implement 10-key skills for efficient data entry.• Proficiency in 10 Key Skills
• Prior experience in Customer Service
• Ability to perform Data Entry tasks with accuracy
• Familiarity with Email Correspondence
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
• Experience in Organizing Files
• Knowledge and experience in Scanning documents
• Fast and accurate Typing skills
