Regional Director of Operations – Full-Service Restaurant Group

Location: NW Indiana, Chicago, Indianapolis

Join an established, upscale-casual restaurant group overseeing 8+ locations. Lead operational excellence, foster a people-first culture, and drive profitability in a hands-on role. This position offers career advancement, a stable work environment, and industry-leading benefits.

What We’re Looking For:
  • 6+ years in a Director or Regional role overseeing 6+ full-service, LBW locations.
  • Strong leadership, professionalism, and care for team development.
  • Willingness to work weekends, holidays, and peak hours.
  • Based in NW Indiana, Chicago, or Indianapolis (or willing to self-relocate).
Compensation & Benefits:
  • Salary: $83,000–$130,000 + Bonus Program
  • Comprehensive health benefits, 401k with match, PTO, company car, and technology package.
