Job DescriptionJob DescriptionWe are looking for a meticulous Quality Assurance Analyst to join our team located in Villanova, Pennsylvania. The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality digital products. This role primarily involves performing quality assurance tasks, including testing, bug tracking, and process improvement for digital projects.

Responsibilities:
• Conduct thorough testing of various digital deliverables such as websites, email campaigns, omnichannel projects, and reporting dashboards.
• Develop and implement test plans and test cases to ensure optimal functionality, usability, and performance.
• Identify and document defects, then track these issues using specific bug tracking systems.
• Collaborate with the development team to reproduce and troubleshoot these issues, ensuring they are resolved in a timely manner.
• Carry out regression testing to verify fixes and to avoid any unintended consequences.
• Test backend services/APIs using tools like Postman.
• Analyze the results of the testing and provide clear and concise feedback to stakeholders.
• Propose innovative approaches and methodologies to continuously improve quality assurance processes.
• Keep abreast of industry best practices and emerging trends in quality assurance methodologies.• Proficiency in QA - Quality Assurance is required
• Familiarity with JIRA software
• Experience with Postman API Development tool
• Solid understanding of Software Quality Assurance processes
• Proven expertise in Software Testing methodologies and tools
• Ability to identify and document defects and inconsistencies
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Knowledge of various software testing strategies including white box, black box, and grey box testing
• Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
