Behavioral Therapist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team as a Part-Time Contractor. As a BCBA, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality therapy services to individuals with special needs.
Key Responsibilities- Provide school consultation to public schools in the Woodbridge school district, DE
- Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop behavior support plans for individual students engaging in high-risk behavior
- Train teachers and paraeducators to implement behavior plans, monitor fidelity of implementation, and track progress
- Deliver trainings to school-based staff on behavioral interventions
- Provide systems-level consultation to special education programs serving students with intensive needs, working with school leadership to define universal educational practices for autistic support and other specialized settings
- Masters degree from a behaviorally-based, accredited college/university in special education, psychology, or other related field
- Current BCBA certification
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience in the direct delivery of behavior analytic services to individuals with autism spectrum disorders/behavioral challenges as a BCBA, with at least one year of experience consulting/working within a school (preferred)
