Volt is hiring a Claims Data Entry Coordinator for immediate hire with a TOP automotive manufacturing company in Fountain Valley. We have 8 immediate openings. 

As a Claims Data Entry Coordinator you will:

  1. Claim Entry
  • Process rental claim with specific retailer rental information
  • Update tracking sheet with correct claim information (i.e. status, errors, etc.)
  • Identify and assess gaps in returned rental claims
  • Adhere to rental guidelines provided by management
  1. Data Validation
  • Accurately identify data required for claim entry
  • Format data based on WebDCS screen requirements
  1. Daily Operations
  • Respond to incoming internal e-mails
  • Conduct follow up contact with retailers requiring additional assistance
  • Notify Manager(s) of escalations, including requests received directly from retailers
  • Attend weekly rental status meeting
 

 

This position is temp for 6 weeks.  Pay is $20-22/hr.   Hours are full time, M-F from 8am – 5pm and does require you work 100% onsite at the Fountain Valley facility. Expected start date is 1/6 but interviews will be held the week of 12/23.

The ideal candidate will have: 

  • 1 – 2 years of data entry experience is ideal
  • Strong data entry skills
  • MS Office proficient
  • Complete Bachelors degree preferred (not required) as this will allow easy availability to move into other roles
 

 Pay Rate: 20-22/hr

 

** Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
