Are you a detail-oriented problem solver with a passion for logistics? Join our team as a Logistics Operations Coordinator – Receiving Specialist, where you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless operations at our 3PL warehouse in Chattanooga, TN. As the go-to person for managing receiving exceptions, you'll collaborate with the Warehouse Logistics Coordinator and keep our supply chain running smoothly.

What You’ll Do:

  • Problem-Solve with Precision: Analyze and resolve supplier receipt exceptions, ensuring timely and efficient processes.

  • Manage Key Operations: Oversee and maintain the receipt exception database, keeping everything organized and accurate.

  • Collaborate and Verify: Work closely with the Receiving team to ensure receipt exceptions are verified and accounted for, contributing to smooth warehouse operations.

What You Bring to the Table:

  • Minimum Qualifications:

    • High School Diploma or GED.

    • At least 2 years of experience in logistics, shipping/receiving, or administrative roles in a warehouse or operations setting.

  • Preferred Qualifications:

    • Expertise in Microsoft Excel, with the ability to manage data and create reports.

    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

    • Excellent time management and organizational abilities.

    • Effective written and verbal communication skills.

    • Attention to detail and follow-through that ensures nothing is missed.

Pay Details: 15.12 per hour
