The K&B Sales Designer is main responsibility is to service showroom customers with the design of their kitchen and bath remodeling or new construction projects. Responsible for the generation dof sales through walk-in business and actively soliciting and following up on referrals and leads. Keep up to date with trends in the kitchen/bath space and provide innovative solutions to create the best design for NKB customers.

· Follow the Norfolk Design & Sales Process: Ensure a consistent and exceptional customer experience by adhering to the Norfolk design and sales process.
· Collaborate with the Team: As a kitchen and bath designer, you will work closely with the showroom team and coordinate with other support teams, such as delivery, construction, and customer service.
· Design, Estimate & Measure Projects: Create customized and functional designs for kitchens and baths, utilizing precise measurement skills to ensure a proper fit.
· Achieve Sales and Margin Goals: Strive to meet and exceed monthly, quarterly & annual targets.
· Cultivate Lasting Relationships: Build and nurture enduring relationships with homeowner and builder clients.
· Attend Training and Events: Stay informed about the latest design trends and industry changes by actively participating in training sessions and events.
Requirements:Do you have a proven success in a sales role involving face to face customer interactions with strong project management and organizational skills? Then we can educate you and train you on the design skills. Being excited about remodeling and having exposure to this industry will benefit you as you develop your design skills.
Education and Experience:
· 3+ years in relationship-based product sales, preferably as it relates to homeowners
· Track record of meeting sales goals and contributing to team success.
· Knowledge of interior design and building materials is beneficial.
Physical Requirements:
· Valid driver's license for travel to customer sites.
· Ability to perform physical job tasks as needed.
· Ability to articulate, write, and read in English.
· Comfortable sitting and working with PC-related tasks for extended periods.
· Comfortable navigating around construction machinery and other potential site hazards if necessary
