About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated Kitchen and Bath Sales Professional to join our successful team at The Norfolk Companies. As a Kitchen and Bath Sales Professional, you will be responsible for servicing showroom customers with the design of their kitchen and bath remodeling or new construction projects. This role requires strong project management and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Service showroom customers with the design of their kitchen and bath remodeling or new construction projects.
  • Generate sales through walk-in business and actively solicit and follow up on referrals and leads.
  • Stay up-to-date with trends in the kitchen/bath space and provide innovative solutions to create the best design for NKB customers.
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure a consistent and exceptional customer experience.
  • Design, estimate, and measure projects to create customized and functional designs for kitchens and baths.
  • Achieve sales and margin goals through strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Cultivate lasting relationships with homeowner and builder clients.
  • Stay informed about the latest design trends and industry changes by actively participating in training sessions and events.

Requirements:

  • Proven success in a sales role involving face-to-face customer interactions.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Valid driver's license for travel to customer sites.
  • Ability to perform physical job tasks as needed.
  • Ability to articulate, write, and read in English.
  • Comfortable sitting and working with PC-related tasks for extended periods.
  • Comfortable navigating around construction machinery and other potential site hazards if necessary.
