Job Description

Support production activities through ordering, storing, tracking, preparing, moving, and finishing of materials throughout the facility. Primary duties for 1st shift include laser marking (Rowfin & Keyyance) and additional tasks such as shipping, receiving, anodization, band saw operation, forklift operation, material handling, and deburring. 2nd shift will encompass all mentioned activities with less focus on laser marking. Identify, label, and place materials and supplies in stock. Monitor inventory and communicate any shortages. Participate in warehouse processes including cycle counts, material identification, and inventory control. Handle and cut materials including various types of metals. Expedite product throughout the production facility using an order picker, forklift, and pallet jack. Transport materials on and offsite in a safe and timely manner using company vehicles and equipment. Maintain a neat and tidy work area, set up, maintain, and tear down work areas, equipment, and materials. Adhere to work instructions, regulations, manuals, and quality procedures. Properly operate, maintain, and store mechanical tools and equipment. Report job status to the supervisor including malfunctions, non-conformances, damaged equipment, or other obstacles to production. Ensure the on-time completion of tasks and review work for quality and completeness. Fulfill compliance requirements to the ISO Quality Standards and the Quality Manual. Demonstrate clear and effective communication, both verbal and written. Prepare, maintain, and submit accurate paperwork including job reports and timekeeping records. Adhere to all applicable environmental, safety, health, and operations procedures including the proper use of personal protective equipment. Promote safe work practices and rectify job site hazards. Read, understand, and interpret lockout/tag-out indicators. Adhere to organizational policies and procedures, and align with the mission, vision, and core values. Perform other related tasks as assigned.
