Job Title: Administrative Assistant
We are a dynamic, employee-owned organization seeking an Administrative Assistant who is perfectly suited for a $15 hourly wage. This is a 100% onsite job role that thrives with the benefits of our scheduled hours from 8am - 5pm, specifically designed for someone looking to re-enter the workforce after a career break.

In this role, you'll have the unique opportunity to learn about our company's ins and outs by walking on our production floor, observing our building process, and acquainting yourself with all the stages of the product's life cycle. Your understanding of the full process from several onsite and offsite departments will evolve over time.
The Role: As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide crucial support to our management team and be the welcoming and professional presence for all visitors. Your responsibilities will involve:
- Regular office tasks – filing, generating reports and presentations, setting up meetings, reordering supplies.
- Scheduling support – managing calendars to avoid conflicts in appointments.
- Travel arrangements – booking flights, cars, and making hotel and restaurant reservations.
- Communication – handling phone calls, emails, and routing callers to the appropriate party.
- Visitor support - greeting and assisting visitors with a professional and polite demeanor.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in administrative roles.
- Exceptional computer and typing skills.
- Multilingual proficiency is preferred.
- Attention to detail and a proactive attitude.
- Genuine intention to create a positive experience for others.

• Demonstrated ability to maintain accurate records and ensure precision in all tasks

• Experience with Microsoft Office 365 and familiarity with its core applications
