Our client in Teterboro, NJ is seeking a Administrative Assistant.
Job Title: Administrative Assistant
Hourly Rate: up to $22.00
Job Description:
Our Client is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Assistant to join your team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for a variety of administrative tasks that support the smooth operation of our office.
Key responsibilities include:
Sorting and scanning mail
Separating account statements in the mail
Contacting vendors to send them the new vendor form
Conducting vendor audit reviews
Preparing account statements as needed
Processing receipts as needed
Assisting with miscellaneous special projects
Supporting the team with light administrative tasks to allow them to focus on implementation
The successful candidate will have excellent organizational skills, the ability to multitask, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Pay Details: $20.00 to $22.00 per hour
