Our client in Teterboro, NJ is seeking a Administrative Assistant.

Job Title: Administrative Assistant

Hourly Rate: up to $22.00

Job Description:

Our Client is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Assistant to join your team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for a variety of administrative tasks that support the smooth operation of our office.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Sorting and scanning mail

  • Separating account statements in the mail

  • Contacting vendors to send them the new vendor form

  • Conducting vendor audit reviews

  • Preparing account statements as needed

  • Processing receipts as needed

  • Assisting with miscellaneous special projects

  • Supporting the team with light administrative tasks to allow them to focus on implementation 

The successful candidate will have excellent organizational skills, the ability to multitask, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Pay Details: $20.00 to $22.00 per hour
