Working Hours: 36-40 hours per week
Weekly Pay Range: $1500$1900 per week, depending on experience and qualifications

ProCare Therapy is collaborating with a reputable school district in Franklin, Indiana, to hire a compassionate School Psychologist. This full-time, on-site position offers the opportunity to make a lasting impact on students' academic, social, and emotional development, while working in a supportive, community-focused environment.

As a School Psychologist, you will play a vital role in promoting student well-being, conducting assessments, and collaborating with educators and families to create a nurturing school experience for all students.

Job Overview:
  • Location: Franklin, IN
  • Start Date: ASAP
  • Working Hours: 36-40 hours per week
  • Weekly Pay Range: $1500$1900 per weekbased on qualifications
Key Responsibilities:
  • Administer psychological evaluations to assess cognitive, emotional, and behavioral concerns.
  • Provide one-on-one counseling and group therapy to students facing social, emotional, or academic challenges.
  • Collaborate with teachers and school staff to design and implement effective interventions and strategies.
  • Assist in developing and reviewing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) for students with special needs.
  • Provide crisis intervention and conflict resolution support within the school environment.
  • Offer consultation services to parents and school staff to support student mental health and development.
  • Monitor students progress and adjust interventions as necessary to ensure student success.
Qualifications:
  • Masters or Doctorate in School Psychology or a related field.
  • Certification as a School Psychologist in Indiana (or eligibility to obtain).
  • Previous experience working as a School Psychologist is preferred but not required.
