ProCare Therapy is excited to partner with a school district in Wentworth Springs, CA, to find an enthusiastic Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for the 2024-2025 school year. This position offers an incredible opportunity to support students while gaining valuable experience in the field of behavior therapy.
What Youll Be Doing:
- Implementing behavior intervention plans tailored to individual student needs
- Collecting data and analyzing it to guide the development of strategies
- Collaborating with teachers, BCBAs, and families to create effective behavior plans
- Supporting students directly as they work toward their goals
- Documenting student progress and maintaining records
Were Looking For:
- RBT certification (required)
- Strong communication, organizational, and team-oriented skills
- Passion for working with students with behavioral challenges
- Experience is preferred but not requirednew graduates encouraged to apply
