Exciting opportunity at a dynamic company We're looking for an ambitious Chef Manager to contribute to our expanding business. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the culinary and food service operations, ensuring excellence in both realms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of the food service operation, including inventory, ordering, and receiving.
• Apply your knowledge of Profit & Loss (P&L) and contract-managed services to drive financial success.
• Develop menus focusing on cost control, purchasing, and inventory, with an emphasis on local sourcing and sustainability.
• Foster a culture of sustainability throughout the culinary operations.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Solid understanding of HACCP principles.
• Minimum of three years of culinary management experience in contract foodservice, high-end dining, or a comparable restaurant setting.
• Expertise in contemporary food and catering trends, prioritizing quality, production efficiency, sanitation, cost control, and presentation.
• Proficiency in exposition cooking.
• Previous experience with P&L accountability and contract-managed services.
• ServSafe certification is required.
