Key Responsibilities:
- Administrative Support: Assist in the daily operations of the office by performing a variety of administrative tasks, including managing correspondence, scheduling appointments, and organizing meetings.
- Document Management: Prepare, edit, and file documents, reports, and presentations; ensure all documents are accurately maintained and easily accessible.
- Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications, handling inquiries, and directing them to the appropriate personnel.
- Data Entry: Maintain and update databases, ensuring accurate record-keeping and timely data entry.
- Office Coordination: Manage office supplies inventory and order supplies as needed; ensure the office environment is well-organized and presentable.
- Meeting Coordination: Schedule and coordinate meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
- Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality at all times.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or relevant certification preferred.
- Proven experience as an administrative secretary or in a similar administrative role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with office management software.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Pay Details: 15.00 per hour
