Responsibilities:
• Efficiently process escalated ESS/MSS queries, interpreting policies, guidelines, and advanced tax and payroll issues.
• Handle escalated employee relations questions, ensuring effective communication and resolution.
• Work with HR services and enhance processes supported by the HR Shared Services organization, promoting team alignment.
• Investigate unique/complex HR-related issues that are outside the scope of basic training, resolving these directly with employees and managers in accordance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Lead team support of new services projects into transition with designated departments.
• Update and improve the department database to enable Advisors to take ownership of a higher percentage of inbound inquiries, and actively identify opportunities for team education.
• Evaluate existing work processes and prospective processes work to ensure the most effective use of resources, making recommendations for process improvements.
• Provide support to lower-level representatives and new staff as needed, and support service center staff relative to phone traffic as necessary.
• Partner with other HR services and HR Business Partners to facilitate knowledge transfer between the service center and HR departments.• Excellent communication skills for effective interpersonal interactions and presentations
• Proven experience in training and developing employees
• Comprehensive understanding of HR policies and procedures
• Proficiency in handling payroll processes, including tax computations
• Demonstrable commitment to quality and process improvement
• Familiarity with database management and HR systems such as ESS and MSS
• Extensive experience in HR administration tasks
• Supervisory skills, with a focus on ensuring punctuality and attendance
• Commitment to customer satisfaction and maintaining service level agreements
• Ability to partner with other departments to achieve organizational goals
• Capacity to execute plans and strategies effectively
• Knowledge of employee relations and ability to interpret related laws and regulations
• Experience in HRBP (Human Resources Business Partner) role
• Ability to handle inbound inquiries in a timely and detail oriented manner.
